With BVC-appen it becomes easier to keep track of your child's BVC visits, weight and length curves and general vaccinations. You can read more about the child's development at each age and put your own photos and events in a timeline.

In BVC-appen you can

• adding one or more children, with name and picture

• Get an overview of the different BVC visits at different ages

• Read about each visit and about what one usually talks about so you can prepare

• Write notes before the meeting so you don't forget what you intend to ask

• Enter the child's length and weight and follow the child's development in curves

• Keep track of what general vaccinations the child has received and at what age the next dose is given

• Insert fun events in the child's life with text and image

• Read more about the child's development at each age of 1177 Care Guide, the County Council's website with advice on care

The app is your personal tool as a parent and has no connection to the child's BVC journal. The content of the app is saved locally on your mobile phone and on your computer when you do backup.

1177 Care Guide is a national website with information about healthcare and health. The content of the 1177 Care Guide is developed by doctors and nurses from all over the country and is examined at several stages. Behind the website stands Swedish healthcare through all county councils and regions in collaboration.

Why don't we have main dimensions in the app?

On the recommendation of child health care, we do not have curves for main dimensions in the app. But since many users have heard and want a feature for main dimensions, we will take it up for discussion again.
