This application contains a base of training programs combined in 2 sections, which correspond to the possible goals of the application user:
• set of muscle mass (section "Mass");
• development of the relief (section "relief");
There is a section “For girls”, where you can find the best training programs adapted for girls.
The “Specialization” section contains training programs, the purpose of which is to develop certain muscle groups.
Also in the appendix there is a section “Technique of exercises”, which contains many exercises with a detailed description of the correct technique of their implementation.
